Focus on body alignment, stretching and balance while holding and breathing through yoga poses. Reduces stress through mindful meditation. Bring your yoga mat and strap - blocks, bolsters and blankets are encouraged.

Focus on improving range of motion, building stength, stretching and balance through yoga poses. This stress-reducing class is perfect to counteract sitting at a desk all day. We are moving through slow flows using our breath. Bring a mat and a strap to class.

Focus on strengthening, toning and aligning the body through a Pilates inspired practice using your own body weight. Reduce stress and get in some cardio as we we are moving through this strengthening practice. Bring a mat and strap to class.
